Recently renovated, centrally located two-room flat with east-facing balcony. The parking garage with remote control is suitable for cars up to a length of 4.80m, otherwise a parking space is available in the courtyard. The pull-out sofa bed (1.20x2.00) offers space for one adult or two small children. There is a popular, stylish wine bar in the same building, which closes at midnight. Supermarket, ice cream parlour, bus and train station, cycle path and village centre are all within walking distance.
