3-minute walk from the streetcar koshinzuka station .101 sqm 3-story traditional Japanese house. Renovated in July 2025. This room is located on the third floor and includes three beds (extra beds available), a private toilet, and a vanity/washbasin. The space is spacious, with plenty of storage, a walk-in closet, and a dedicated study room. Laundry and cooking facilities are fully equipped. The property is situated in a central urban location, offering a quiet and peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle. It is close to Ikebukuro East Exit, with excellent transportation access, including the JR Yamanote Line, Mita Line, and Arakawa Line, Just a 3-minute walk away is Sugamo Jizo-dori Shopping Street．
