B&B KegonFalls is located just 270 meters from the Chuzenji Onsen Bus Terminal and 170 meters from Kegon Falls. We offer dormitory rooms with free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Within a 1 km radius (starting at 42㎡), there are four public parking lots, and the property boasts convenient access along National Route 120. On the first floor, we operate a craft gallery and a roasted sweet potato shop. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast featuring a variety of original sweet potato dishes. Coffee is available free of charge on a self-service basis. Dinner: Daily set meals are available for 1,000 yen per person. Surrounded by the lush nature of Oku-Nikko, you can enjoy experiences like sutra copying, Zen meditation, peaceful moments by Lake Chuzenji, or hiking in the surrounding area. The changing seasons of Oku-Nikko offer a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Just 250 meters away, the “Oku-Nikko Information Center” provides up-to-date event information and hidden local gems. The host speaks German and some basic English. Located close to Nikko’s main sightseeing spots, it's convenient for exploring the area. Kegon Falls is only a 2-minute walk away. Access From Tobu Nikko Station, take a Tobu Bus for 40 minutes and get off at “Chuzenji Onsen.” From there, it's a 4-minute walk. Please note that the last Tobu Bus (bound for Chūzenji Onsen) departing from Tobu Nikko Station leaves at 6:05 PM. There is parking lot (1 car only) in 50m on foot (free of charge/Reservation required). We have one 28-inch cross bike available (free of charge / reservation required). Nearby Attractions Kegon Falls – About a 2-minute walk A 97-meter-high waterfall cascading down a tree-covered cliff. A paid elevator is available to descend to the viewing platform. Lake Chuzenji - 8-minute walk (600 m) Chuzenji Temple (Tachiki Kannon) – 4 minutes by car A historic temple located by Lake Chuzenji, home to a massive statue of the Thousand-Armed Kannon. Visitors can participate in sutra copying, Buddha image tracing, zazen meditation, and Buddhist rosary-making. Nikkozan Onsenji Temple – About 21 minutes by car This temple also offers experiences such as sutra copying, Buddha image tracing, zazen meditation, and Buddhist rosary-making.
