My apartment is located on the 3rd floor Sleeping arrangement : Bedroom 1 (Tatami Room) : 2x Queen size bed ( sleeps 4 adult) Bedroom 2 (wooden floor room) : 1x Queen size bed ( sleeps 2 adult) Living Room : 2x Double SofaBed ( sleeps 4 adult) Total : 10 adult can sleep comfortably Kitchen area with basic electrical appliances such as : Fridge, Cook stove, Toaster & Microwave. With full cooking tools. Nook area for quick meal. A large dinning table provides a comfortable meal during your vacation. In my apartment, offer with 1 heater, plus each room offer with air-conditioning which provide heating and cooling air depending on your need. Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.
