In case we are denied to submit all information mentioned before, we cannot either send a check-in guide or accept your stay. However, a late check out request should be notified 2 days before your check in day. If done so, yet, we may not be able to accept your request depending on the vacancy of the room. ・Extra charge for late check out without consent. (6,000yen) ・Additional cleaning fee plus other expenses for the task to be completed for the messy room after check out (4,000yen~) ・Bulky garbage will be an extra three thousand yen or more. ・Extra charge for the damage / loss of items.
