Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.

From December 15th to March 1st, it often snows in the area around our ranch.

When visiting our ranch during the winter, we recommend installing snow tires.

・During the winter, the temperature can drop to -15 degrees, so it is necessary to wear studded tires. Also, in case of stormy weather, horseback riding may not be possible.

Information on the facility's barrier-free accessibility measures

1. to reduce the distance for guest who is lacking physical strength , we have secured a space where guests can move their cars right in front of their guest rooms.

2. by preparing writing tablets for hearing-impaired guests, we provide written information on our facilities when requested by guests.

3. we will ensure that visually impaired guests are given explanations using the clock position when meals are served to them.

4. staff will assist guests in wheelchairs.

5. for hearing impaired guests, staff will assist them to their rooms.
