Our house is compact(37㎡), but it is a clean and very new house . Every equipment (air conditioner, bathroom, toilet are new) are new. It takes eight minutes on foot from JR station (Nijyo) to our house. Very easy access. About our house, first floor is a living room with kitchen and bath room, separate toilet room with wash shower. On the second floor, there are two traditional Japanese Tatami bed rooms. Clean towels and sheets are provided. In the bathroom hair dryer is placed. Every room is air-conditioned even in the bathroom. Also humidifier is prepared in winter time. You can use portable Wi-Fi freely. You can use a whole house only by your group. Very quiet place for staying. Toilet and bathroom are new and you can live in our house comfortably. We welcome four guests in maximum. Two futons in one room and also two futons in another room. We prepare humidifier in our house in winter time. In the living room, you can cook by using everything in our house (including rice cooker). For daily life our house is not only convenient but very attractive. There are convenient stores, 100 yen shop (Daiso), wholesale store, Sanjyo-market, and many restaurants.

For sight- seeing, our house is convenient place for major traditional places. Nijyo-jo is walking distance. For Arashiyama, you can go by either JR or Randen. It takes only eight minutes on foot to the nearest station. You can go to other places (Fushimi-Inari, Nishiki-market etc.) by using subway or bus. Since we live near the guest house, we are happy to make contact with guests if they want. If guests have special requests or questions, we are happy to respond to the requests of guests by either e-mail or telephone as quickly as possible. Since I have lived in Kyoto for 20 years, I am proud that I know enough information and knowledge about Kyoto than any other persons. To supply appropriate information is our job and most important hospitality for my guests. With respect to our house rule, 'No smoking' is a strictly kept one.
