Comfort Limited Company has been dedicated to operating accommodations that allow you to fully experience the charm of Kyoto since our establishment in 1970. For 53 years since our founding, we have consistently listened to our customers' voices and worked to create spaces that blend Kyoto's unique comfort with modern convenience.

HOTEL MASTAY Jingumichi: Located in the heart of Kyoto, this hotel offers a fusion of tradition and modernity, serving as an ideal base for both business and sightseeing. We promise a comfortable stay in a modern Japanese atmosphere.
Kishoutei: Situated in the Oike-Nijo area, this hotel pursues modern comfort while maintaining Kyoto's historical ambiance. It boasts an excellent location as a central point for Kyoto sightseeing.
[Machiya Operations]
Birodo-an: A renovated traditional Kyoto townhouse. Located in a quiet residential area, it offers a special space to experience everyday life in Kyoto.
Tsuyukusa-an: A townhouse nestled in Kyoto's atmospheric streetscape. With a courtyard that reflects the changing seasons, you can closely experience Kyoto's four seasons.

Daily trash is collected free. Items not accepted as regular waste in Kyoto (e.g., suitcases, appliances, cookware, knives) can be processed as “special waste” at 2,000 JPY per item.

Our hotel, located in Karasuma Oike, is in the heart of Kyoto City, offering excellent access to major tourist attractions and transportation. It's just a 15-minute walk to Kyoto Imperial Palace, where you can experience the history and culture of the ancient capital. The famous Kiyomizu-dera Temple is easily accessible by city bus in about 20 minutes.
From Karasuma Oike Station, a 5-minute walk away, you can easily access various parts of Kyoto City using the Karasuma and Tozai subway lines, making it ideal for sightseeing. For instance, the famous Nishiki Market is just a 10-minute subway ride away, where you can enjoy fresh ingredients and Kyoto-specific souvenirs.
Furthermore, it's convenient for day trips to Osaka, with Karasuma Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Using the Hankyu train, you can reach Umeda or Namba in about 40 minutes, making it an ideal location for business or shopping.
