The unit comes with a simple kitchenette, cooking utensils, as well as a washing machine and laundry detergent, making it convenient for both friends traveling together and for long-term business stays. There are plenty of convenience stores around the facility. The nearest station is just a 5-minute walk away. Access from Haneda Airport is very convenient, and you can reach the facility in about 10 minutes without any transfers, even after a long flight. From the nearest station, you can easily access tourist spots such as Shinagawa and Yokohama without transfers. Additionally, you can take the Haneda Airport Limousine Bus to Odaiba, and there are buses to Disneyland as well, so you can enjoy your trips without worrying about changing trains. With the self-check-in system, there are no face-to-face check-in or check-out procedures, allowing you to check in even if you arrive late.
