★This is a completely private space reserved just for you. ★Our staff will not normally enter the room; however, in case of an emergency or if you do not check out after the designated time, we may need to enter. ★ Use of the sauna and pool requires submission of consent to the terms and conditions prior to your stay. ★ If towels or linens are used in excess of the number of guests, additional charges will apply. ★ Please note that late check-out is not available. ★ If check-out is delayed, a penalty of 5,000 JPY will be charged for every 15 minutes. ★ If the room is left in an excessively messy condition that cannot be handled by normal cleaning, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (from 4,000 JPY). Disposal of bulky waste will incur an extra fee (from 3,000 JPY). ★ Many cases of keys being taken home have occurred. Please return the key to its original place at check-out. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge (from 20,000 JPY). ★ In case of damage or loss, the cost of the item plus handling and other necessary expenses will be charged. ★ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room and on the premises. Cigarette odors are extremely difficult to remove and may cause the next guest to request relocation. In such cases, you may be charged for the costs related to smoking damage. ★ Indoor BBQ is strictly prohibited due to odor adherence. If indoor BBQ or strongly scented cooking is carried out, a special cleaning fee will be charged (from 20,000 JPY). ★ For maintenance or in case of emergency, staff may enter the room during your stay using a spare key.
