“フロント棟に近い部屋を割り当ててもらえた。 本来は部屋に付帯していなかった炊飯器を用意してもらえた。 事前にメッセージから相談していたことでした。 他の部屋に空きがあれば対応可能とお返事いただいたので、使用を諦めていました。 しかし当日チェックインしたら炊飯器を設置してありました。 こちらから炊飯器の確保の可否は確認はしていませんでしたが お心遣いでご用意くださったようでした。 ご配慮ありがとうございました。”

“施設自体は新しくないもののいつも清潔に保たれていて適度な広さもあって快適。特にセンターハウスの温泉はとても心地よく１泊２日で３回は入浴します。 雨天だった時、予約しておいたテニスコートのキャンセルも快く受けてくれました。寒い時期は前もって暖房を入れておいてくれ、暖かく迎えてもらった気分です。”
