“Parking. Onsen is clean and huge. Has sauna and cold bath. Tattoo is ok even though it says not ok. Most of the people at onsen has tattoo. Family friendly. Do not avail their breakfast buffet. Same price for kids and adults 2750 yen. Needs...”

“玉名市が大雨特別警報が発令された翌々日の利用だったので、熊本から玉名へ行くJR線が不通で新幹線で行くしかなく、通常より新幹線を利用する人が多く、宿への到着が19時ギリギリでしたが、夕食を合わせて温かいものを出していただき、また、一つ一つ説明をしてメニューを出していただき大変感激しました。従業員の方もとても親切でした。”
