Snow Crystal biedt moderne appartementen in het centrum van Niseko Mt Resort Grand Hirafu en beschikt over gratis WiFi en gemakkelijke toegang tot de dichtstbijzijnde skiliften. Alle appartementen beschikken over een ligbad en gratis toiletartikelen Snow Crystal biedt handige voorzieningen en toegang tot diensten zoals skiverhuur, skilessen en bagageopslag. Skipassen kunnen ook vooraf worden gekocht. De accommodatie ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten rijden van het JR Kutchan-station, op ongeveer 111 km van de internationale luchthaven New Chitose en Er is een pendeldienst van/naar het Hirafu Welcome Centre beschikbaar. Er worden geen maaltijden geserveerd in de accommodatie, maar gasten kunnen hun eigen maaltijden bereiden met behulp van de moderne keukenfaciliteiten, of kiezen uit een breed scala aan internationale restaurants in de buurt.
