Hello and welcome! Thank you so much for checking out our place. We’ve been running hotels in Tokyo (Asakusa) and Kyoto since 2014. This property used to be a backpacker-style guesthouse, but in 2025 we fully renovated it into a cozy hotel designed especially for families and groups. As a parent myself, I often thought, “I wish there was a place where families could stay comfortably without any worries.” So, we decided to create exactly that kind of space here. After more than 12 years in the hospitality industry, our goal has always been simple — to provide a warm, relaxing place where travelers can truly feel at home. We want our guests to feel like they’re saying “I’m home” when they return at the end of the day. We hope your time in Kyoto becomes a wonderful memory that stays with you for years to come. The Kamo River is just a 30-second walk away — perfect for a peaceful morning stroll or watching the sunset in the evening. Each season shows a different side of Kyoto: cherry blossoms in spring, a cool breeze in summer, colorful leaves in autumn, and even snow in winter. You can easily reach many famous spots: • Sanjusangendo Temple – about 15 minutes on foot • Gion & Yasaka Shrine – about 20 minutes on foot • Kiyomizu Temple – about 10 minutes by taxi • Kyoto National Museum – nearby and worth a visit! There are plenty of cafés, small restaurants, and convenience stores around, so you’ll have everything you need during your stay. It’s the perfect mix of calm riverside views and easy access to the best of Kyoto.
