I am Lu the landlord. Once an IT guy, I am now a captain living in Tokyo. I love life, sailing, traveling, and of course, delicious food. Over the years, I have traveled to more than thirty countries and regions, experiencing various types of vacation rentals, guesthouses, and hotels. In Tokyo, I have created my favorite accommodation experience, and I warmly invite everyone to come and experience it. My houses may not be extravagant, but they are certainly the most comfortable, clean, quiet, and safe. These are the essential criteria I consider as a traveler when choosing and evaluating accommodations. Moreover, I always ensure that the mattresses in my properties have a moderate level of firmness, and the bedding is of hotel-grade quality, made from pure white cotton. Before each guest's arrival, I thoroughly clean and replace all the bedding, which is then washed at high temperatures. Therefore, the sleeping experience is undoubtedly better than most vacation rentals I have stayed in. I genuinely welcome friends from all over the world to stay in my properties. Meanwhile, sailing is my ultimate dream, and I also welcome those interested in experiencing sailing to join me aboard my vessel, the Little Lulu, for a grand adventure. Currently, I am planning a 30-day journey starting from Kagawa Prefecture, passing through Matsuyama, Hiroshima, and Oita before entering the Sea of Japan through Shimonoseki. Our apartments are located in Taito Ward, Tokyo. It's just a 5-minute walk from JR Okachimachi Station, a 3-minute walk from Hibiya Line Naka-Okachimachi Station, an 11-minute walk from JR Akihabara Station, and an 11-minute walk to Ueno Park. Along the way to Ueno Park, you can stroll through the famous shopping street called Ameyoko, which offers excellent convenience for transportation and exploring the city.
