Facing the Talek River, Mara offers elegantly furnished tents on raised platforms, and a terrace with a bar for spotting animals. All rates include 3 game drives a day, and return airstrip transfers.
Mara’s tents include a wooden, 4-poster bed surrounded by a mosquito net. All have a modern, private bathroom with a double vanity, shower, and flush toilets. Tea and coffee making facilities are in each.
Mara Intrepids Tented Camp has several small, riverfront dining areas. Guests can also enjoy breakfast, lunches and dinners in the African bush.
The camp’s outdoor pool is surrounded by sun-loungers. There is a library with board games and a playground for children. Hot air balloon rides can be organized at Mara Camp.
The all-weather Ol Kiombo Airstrip is located within 2 minutes' drive and has daily flights from Nairobi.
