They share a common AC and 3 bathrooms. Unfortunately, we don't provide a kitchen here.

For Apiary Capsule, we align our design and service toward couples who need sleeping space in an AC, self-laundry, but complete privacy with a padlocked capsule, not just a curtain. If you want a cheaper option with no AC but retain privacy, plus a kitchen, try Sobrat. Dorm rooms with only curtain fall under the Sonivas brand. The mixed room can go to The Moonvine. BKK3 is a residential neighbour, not considered downtown but right next to downtown or BKK1. It is safe and full of activities, yet quieter and less hectic than BKK1 or the Toul Tompoung area. You can go to the gym, 24/7 mart, Khmer restaurants and street food, western restaurant, spa, salon, wet market, tour agent, and more within just a 10-minute walk.
