“가성비가 매우 뛰어나다. 신축으로 쾌적하다. 방마다 기본 방음이 좋고, 바다앞인데 샷시도 기능이 좋고 난방도 좋아서 보온과 방음이 뛰어나다. 화장실도 2개 모두 매우 좋다. 엘리베이터는 향기가 좋고 여러대 운용중이라 체크인아웃시 편리하다. 주차공간도 매우 넓고 쾌적한데다 무료이기까지 하다. 어디 호텔을 가더라도 이런가격에 이만큼의 충족을 느끼기는 어려울 것이다. 해운대, 광안리 등의 중심 위치와 멀지만 반대로 보면 용궁사, 송정이나 기장...”
