Newly listed beautifully situated ground floor unit at One Canal Point in the heart of Seven Mile Beach Corridor with pool and canal views. This new & modern 2 bed/1 bath condo built in 2022 is surrounded by lush greenery, 25m lap swimming pool with a kids area, Bali style adult pool, luxury sun-loungers & umbrellas, hot tub, 2 bbqs on the canal, a fully equipped state of the art gym and a fun kids playground. The unit features include a 75” TV with cable, Bosch appliances with gas hob & walk in rain shower. The master bedroom has an additional 65" TV and King bed with premium linens and down duvet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, comfortably sleeping 2 adults. These are also fitted with premium linens and down duvets. Towels and linen are provided. The unit is located within 5 minutes walking distance of the world-famous Seven Mile Beach

If I’m not in the water then you’ll find me catching endless sunsets on the famous Seven Mile Beach. Perfectly situated just 5 minutes walk from Seven Mile Beach as well as an abundant array of restaurants and bars. The condo is short drive away from Camana Bay shopping and entertainment complex too.
