Ground floor two-bedroom, one and half bathroom apartment centrally located on West Bay Road. Nicely decorated with modern island charm, you'll feel right at home with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with cable, fresh linens and beach towels available for your use. This spacious apartment offers natural light and comfortable island decor. The primary bedroom has comfortable queen size bed and a small ensuite toilet room with sink. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is a Full Bathroom with walk-in shower adjacent. There is also a double size sofa bed in the Living room for an additional guest if needed. The kitchen is fitted with all the necessary appliances for cooking delicious meals and dining in. The apartment has central air conditioning to keep you cool, a small washer/dryer and dishwasher to help you keep things clean. The apartment is just a few yards to the powdery white sands of Seven Mile Beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The complex amenities include a swimming pool and sundeck with loungers, outdoor seating and a BBQ area.

Centrally located in the popular Seven Mile Beach district, you are within walking distance to a range of restaurants, from fast food to fine dining! Also nearby are supermarkets, bars, shops and other amenities. A short walk takes you to Camana Bay Town Centre, a great place to take the family in the evening where you can dine under the stars, grab a cocktail, or watch a movie, or during the day to cool off in the splash fountains. You can find water sport rentals available for purchase at the beachfront restaurant and bar, Coral Beach, next door. Grand Cayman is a safe island, and we are sure you will enjoy the convenience of exploring your surroundings from your 'home away from home'.
