The apartment is located on the top floor of the building in a quiet community near a secondary road. A garden with a stream can be found at the back of the apartment. About one minute walk from the property is a "Sports Bar and Grill." Walking distance or if you rather drive, is the beach and the river also nearby waterfalls. The property is about 15 minutes from the Hewanorra International Airport and also 15 minutes from the southern malls and shopping centers.
