The property consists of four cabanas and a restaurant which are situated in a large garden a short two minute stroll from the beach. Two of the cabanas are joined together. Each has a smallish double bed snd its own en suite bathroom and shower. There is also a shared porch that looks out onto the garden. It is ideal for young couples. Cabana 2 has recent been modernised and renovated. The third cabana is larger and has a large double bed with en suite bathroom. It has its own private porch and a pleasant sitting area under the shade of a tree where one can recan enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the well-tended, but natural garden. The fourth and largest cabana is ideal for a family with a child. It consists of a large room with an extra-large king-size bed and a single bed with an ensuite bathroom. It too has a large porch and garden view sitting area. An ideal spot to relax and drink the milk from a king coconut after a morning on the beach. The restaurant is situated high up among the branches of the palm trees on the first floor so as to give a panoramic view of the properties lush tropical setting. It is the perfect place to relax and have delicious dinner.

The Restaurant and the Cabanas are located in front of the hotel Good Karma. There is free parking for those coming by motorbike or car. For those using local transport, it is best to phone Shantha beforehand and he will pick you up from Ranna in the family tuk tuk. The Rekawa Turtle Sanctuary is close by as is a shallow lagoon. Shantha can also arrange to take guests on local excursions to visit temples, villages,and beaches that are close by in his tuk tuk. Also, birds, elephants and lagoon safaris are available to organized as necessary.
