The apartment is in a strategically convenient location, near the Ozas shopping center, the large Ozas park, the Vichy water park, and the bus stop. The sofa folds out into a double bed. The apartment is perfect for a longer stay as there is a large fridge, oven, hob, kettle and other kitchen utensils, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner. One of the few apartments in this building where you can lie down in the bath 🛀 No smoking inside the apartment. For 1–2 guests, 1 set of bedding is included in the price. If additional bedding is needed, please contact us – an extra fee will apply. For 3–4 guests, 2 sets of bedding are included. Additional rules 🚭 🧼 Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and can be done on the balcony. Do not throw cigarette butts in the toilet. Please leave clean dishes at check-out. ⚠️ Violations Failure to comply with the rules may result in the termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
