Newly built comfortable apartment in a CENTER of Kaunas! You will be able to enjoy time in your private balcony. Wifi & assigned covered parking for 1 car included. All the places of Kaunas will be easily reachable by foot, also public transport is near by. A few minutes walk to the Old Town! There are grocery stores, many restaurants and bars close by. PLC Akropolis, “Žalgiris” arena, Town Hall Square, Santaka Park within 10-15min walking distance. Easy self check with the lockbox! Unit on the 5th floor, accessible by elevator. Apartment located on Donelaicio street, next to Laisves al. NO SMOKING in the apartment or on the balcony.
