Established in 2017 Dandelion Apartments & Suites is a fast-growing family-owned company that manages short-term rental apartments in Riga. Currently, we can offer you a choice of 20 modernly equipped apartments with a total capacity of more than 180 guests at a time.

Property information

Unique wooden building of the late XIX century completely renovated in 2020. The house has its own large territory with parking for cars. Very good location and despite the proximity to the main street of the city, the house is very quiet. Close to all shops and public transport. The Old town is 10 minutes away by tram.

Neighbourhood information

VEF district is a historical part of the city named as the largest electrical engineering company in Latvia, VEF. Across the street from us is the VEF Palace of culture and the ELKOR store, inside of which there is a good grocery store and restaurant, as well as the Cirkle K gas station with a small grocery store inside. Two major shopping malls, DOMINA and ALFA, can be reached within 10 to 15 minutes by public transport. The largest forest Park in Riga, Mežaparpks, and the zoo are also a 10-minute drive away. And the tram ride to the old town will also take about 10 minutes.
