The apartment is located in a convenient and well-connected area. A tram stop is right in front of the building, just a 1-minute walk away. Two supermarkets with pharmacies are nearby, reachable in 3 to 5 minutes. A green park with a children’s playground is just 3 minutes away. Restaurants at Andrejosta and Riga Waterfront are within a 5 to 7-minute walk. Joker Club, offering a spa and the gym, is about 5 to 8 minutes away. Everything you need is within easy walking distance
