cozy appartment with Kitchen Equipment / for Family 2 Beds / TV 150-channels / Fast free WiFi / Free Parking / small place for Shower-wc / Close to a Green Park area - Zoo / Frendly for Pet -only Dog & Cat / Self Check In-Out The apartment is unique and differs from others with some features that the house was built in 1910 as a sleeping area for the families of workers-servants. Also, there are no high-rise buildings there, so it feels like in a nice small town, even though Riga's central Brīvības Street is only 800m away. The name of the place comes from the many pine trees with large cones growing there. Right next to the house is the stop of bus No. 9, which leads directly to the center, and to the ZOO and the Biggest Park by the lake.
Welcome nice, calm and frendly people, no more than two adults and a child/teens, together 3 people. Or one adult and two childs, together 3 people. 2 adults and child/teens Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. If guests do so, I will demand a fine of 30-50 eu.
Historically, the apartment has not had any facilities, the toilet and shower have recently been built in place of an old kitchen stove, so unfortunately shower has got very little space.
