Modern, nice and cozy 34 sq.m. 1-room apartment, all equipped, windows overlooking quiet courtyard. There is the lake on the other side of the house, where you can watch the beautiful dawn. Walk distance to the beach (about 22 minutes). The distance to the city center is about 8 minutes by car. Parking, bus stop access within 5-minutes walk.
