NETFLIX + GO3! The building and stairway is very old and in need of a paint job and reno! Second floor 65 m2 apartment in Torņakalns districts of Riga with full kitchen + washer/dryer. King size bed, work space, state-of-the-art bathroom, 65-inch curved TV, designer lights, ceiling fan, lots of closet space, USB-ports in all rooms and beside the bed. Wifi. Bathroom is a delightful Villeroy & Boch, Hansgrohe, RAVAK and IKEA installation with the best qualities. Kitchen is IKEA with Samsung appliances.
Close to tram number 10, stop "Satiksmes Iela" Satiksmes iela is the closest tram/bus stop. Express Pizza is about 200 meters away. Grocery store Maxima around 350 meters. Arcadia Park is 800 meters walk. University of Latvia House of Science is 1 km walk.
