The apartment has a great location! 5 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes walk to the LOC tennis hall, volleyball court, shopping center "XL SALA" and "BAATA". The tram stop is just a stone's throw away, allowing quick and easy trip to the city centre in 10 minutes. There is a children's playground in the neighbourhood.
