Our team, guided by a deep love for Morocco and its traditions, warmly accompanies each guest to transform their stay into a true moment of reconnection with themselves and the world around them. More than just accommodation, Atlantis 12 is an invitation to live differently: in harmony with nature, in gentleness, in the art of hospitality, and with sincere attention to every detail.

Atlantis 12 is a charming, adults-only guesthouse nestled in the countryside of Essaouira, just a 15-minute drive from the medina. Lovingly restored from an old stone farmhouse, it offers five peaceful rooms, including a spacious premium suite — ideal for couples seeking comfort and space. All rooms open onto a leafy central patio. Guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a shaded terrace, a garden, a cozy lounge with a fireplace, and a communal dining area. A homemade breakfast is included with all reservations.
