The best staff on the planet, I’ve travelled ally and honestly they were lovely, helpful and had time for our endless questions. Sorted taxis, tours and taught us a card game. Will return as soon as possible :)

Great location, just outside the Medina so was quiter and yet very convenient. 7-10 minutes walk from the Blue Gate. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable.

Nicely located near the medina! Yassine is super friendly and will help you with everything you need. As a solo female traveler this riad felt very safe and welcoming! I booked a Hammam through the affiliated hotel and had dinner which were also lovely. Highly recommend :)

Pacha Palace was a delight, I’m so glad I chose this Riad for my first trip to fes, it’s centred beautifully in the middle of the medina and a walking distance from all the main tourist attractions in Fes. The riad itself is stunning and feels so scenic, the rooms are huge and the architecture throughout the riad is captivating, the traditional moroccan breakfast they serve is amazing and very delicious. Not to mention the highlight of our trip was Yassine. From the moment we arrived he was extremely hospitable and attentive to any requests we had and made us feel like home. I would recommend Pacha Palace to anyone visiting to experience a memorable trip.

The personnel, Yassine and Hassan, were super friendly and helpful. You can lean on them. The lobby was remarkable. Mornings through the windows full of vitrajes, when the Sun rays reach for your face, waking you up with the sound of Moroccan music on the largest bed ever, make your stay unforgetable.

I could write a book about the positives of this venue. The view from our room on the top floor was astounding, the room itself was large and comfortable and the location was just outside the medina (2-3 minute walk), so it was quiet without being far from the action. Huge bed. Property was a little difficult to find (a doorway at the end of a narrow street), so ask around at the nearby carpark/taxi stand and someone will point you in the right direction. Staff were exceptional (especially Hasim), and the downstairs common area (where a great breakfast is served) is better than the photos suggest. As a bonus, we were invited to attend a Moroccan engagement celebration being held on the premises - who could refuse that!

Amazing location with friendly host few steps away from Medina. Roof top is a top notch you could see most of Fez. Thank you so much Hasan and Yasin for making it feel like we are home, and arranging a trip to Chefchaouen. We were 6 people and very well looked after and taken care of from the day we arrived to the day we left.
