Riad Saba welcomes you to two beautifully restored 18th–19th century riads in the heart of Marrakech’s medina. We offer 12 rooms, two patios, a swimming pool, and two large terraces, including one with a 360° panoramic view over the rooftops, the Atlas Mountains, and the sunrise and sunset. Located in a quiet alley, we are a 7-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa and Bahia Palace, 5 minutes from the souks, and close to the main tourist sites. Several private parking lots are just a few meters away. Marrakech Menara Airport is about 20 minutes (5 miles) away. Our dedicated team is available to advise you and help organize excursions and city visits. The air-conditioned guest rooms at Riad Saba include a seating area, a wardrobe and a desk. They each have a private bathroom with free toiletries and a bathtub or a shower. Local cuisine is served in the dining area and breakfast can be enjoyed every morning at Riad Saba. Guests are invited to relax by the fireplace in the lounge or take part of an on-site cookery class. Airport transfers and excursions can be organised upon request and there is a hammam next to the property. Our company NOUVELLES ORIGINES started our first Riad in 2006. We called it Riad SABA. Today we run 2 properties. We are an international team and we love our work. We also like art, decoration, travel, music and food. We know Marrakech and Morocco very good and we like to give the best insider tips to our guests. We have travelled extensively in the country and outside, so we know what special travelers want and appreciate. We give you tips about the best restaurants in town as well as trendy shops where you can buy rugs, leather goods, silverware and crockery of all shapes and sizes. We help you find the best city guides to lead you in the souk labyrinths. Marrakech is a fascinating tourist city with more than 1000 years of history, we advice you which museums and monuments to visit. What type of excursions to make. Marrakech is also known as the red city because of its ramparts of beaten clay which were built in 1066. It has a wonder climate with shimmering white snowy winters and warm summers. The city combines both tradition and modernity. It is divided into the Medina which is the old fortified city and a the modern city nearby called Gueliz.

These traditional houses were opened in 2006 after a complete renovation. We have combined both the charm and authenticity of Moroccan architecture with the comfort of modern living. Our Riad offers 12 individually decorated rooms, two patios, a swimming pool, and two spacious terraces. From our “Sky-dust” terrace, you can enjoy a breathtaking 360° panoramic view over the rooftops of the medina, admire the peaks of the Atlas Mountains, and watch both sunrise and sunset. We are ideally situated in a quiet alley, just a 7-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Bahia Palace, 5 minutes from the souks, and close to Marrakech’s main tourist attractions. Several private parking lots are located only a few meters away. Marrakech Menara Airport is about 20 minutes (5 miles) away, and guests generally arrive by car at the nearby parking area. At Riad Saba, we believe in authenticity, simplicity, and beauty. Riad Saba is centrally located in Marrakech Medina. We are 7 mn walk from the famous Jamaa el-Fna square, a vibrant marketplace with storytellers, restaurants with moroccan food , fortune tellers and music groups. Nearby is the equally famous the Koutoubia mosque with its 77 metre minaret. Several monuments and museums such as Dar Si Said museum, Bahia palace, Al Badii palace are also 5 to 10mn walk from the Riad. We are located also very close to the Mellah, the moroccan Jewish district. Marrakech is famous for its parks and gardens. We are 10 mn walk from the Menara olive grove, the Agdal gardens are 15 mn walk from us. In our district called Douar Graoua you find all kind of restaurants, local moroccan of course, as well as Italian, Libanese, French and Vegetarian.
