Objekat se nalazi u mirnoj ulici na samo 50 metara od marketa Idea i prodavnice voca i pekare Cezar koja je na putu prema plazi Zukotrlica i od objekta je udaljena 180m .Do centra je promenadom udaljenost 1,300 m. Svaki apartman je namijenjen za samostalan boravak porodicnog tipa dok za grupe u restoranu organizujemo dorucak i veceru na bazi Half board Svedski sto .Terasa sa gril bastom je na 4 spratu i dostupna je svim gostima za zajednicka druzenja.
