Apartman Jadran nudi smještaj sa besplatnim WiFi internetom i besplatnim parkingom za goste. Do centra Perasta ima 150m. Centralni dio grada je trg Pjaca kojim dominira crkva Svetog Nikole sa impresivnim zvonikom. U gradu se nalazi puno kamenih palata i zanimljivih kuća. Na samo 50m od apartmana nalaze se raznovrsni restorani u kojima se služe jela tradicionalne i internacionalne kuhinje. Lokalna autobuska stanica udaljena je 50m od apartmana Jadran.
