Located in Drazin Vrt, in the heart of Boka Bay we are offering to our guests some of the finest apartments in Montenegrin coast. 5 of our apartments are unique because all of them are luxury, with a brand new interior made for most requesting Booking guests. All apartments have something in common and that is magnificent view on Bay of Kotor. Set on the best location, between Kotor and Perast, with lovely Bajova Kula Beach under building complex, our primary guests are families with children and avid travelers who want to explore Boka and Montenegro coast.

Neighbourhood information

For sure the best location in Boka Bay. With Perast 2km away and Kotor 7km away, we have the most beautiful beach in the Bay just under our building complex. In the summertime, our area is very pleasant for vacation and relaxation because you are far away from city traffic and still everything is in 15 min driving range. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby.
