Apartment no. 1 and Apartment no. 2 The apartments are almost the same just color of the furniture difference, they are near the sea (10m), with a wonderful sea view. The house has a private waterfront plot (distance 3 m from the sea). From these apartments, guests can use 4 sun loungers (2 on the beach, 2 on the terrace), and a garage free of charge. The entrance to the sea is gentle and gradual. The apartment (45m2) has a wooden terrace of 40 m2. Apartment no. 3 and Apartment no. 4 The apartments are almost the same just color of the furniture is different. These apartments (each with 75m2) are a new duplexes located 10m from the sea in a new villa. Our guests can use 2 sun loungers on the beach, a garage and a terrace (privet land 200m2), free of charge. The terrace is just by the sea for dining and outdoor relaxing, where guests can prepare their own barbecue and enjoy the sea with an amazing view. There is a quiet 2 beach bars offering food, 2 walking distance restaurants (Amfora and Veranda) and 300m away there is a shop (Batan). Some of the guests - Parents with babies have opted for our apartments because they could monitor the child's sleeping (mostly in the afternoon) using a baby alarm from the beach and restaurant. The beach is 15m from the bedroom. The baby alarm is not part of our offer, the parents brought the alarm themselves.

Close are 2 beach bars offering food (Grota and El Cortez), 2 walking distance restaurants (Amfora and Veranda), and 300m away there is a shop and 2km most famous restaurant in MNE - Old Mlini Ljuta. Guests can prepare their own barbecue and enjoy the sea with an amazing view. We recommend to our guests to visit Perast, Kotor, Porto Montenegro, restaurant Old Mlini, Orahovac's church Saint George. There is a footpath from the house to the church and through the forest on the slopes of the mountain (about 1 hour with a break), through which it is nice to walk or run in the morning before the sun or in the afternoon before dark.The nature is beautiful with a nice view at some moments of the entire bay. In front of the house, at privileged prices, you can enjoy water skiing, wakeboarding, boat trip, donuts, banana or Paddle Boards. So you can send your friends to learn to ski and you can watch them from the room (from the bed), terrace or enjoy with them on the boat and make sensational photos.. 1 km away there is a tavern that serves fresh shellfish and freshly prepared fish on the grill.
