This charming stone villa, approximately 100m2 newly renovated to the highest standard, is over 3 levels, each with direct water views. Each of the top 2 floors has a bedroom with a sitting area/study, an en-suite shower room and a generous walk in closet. The top floor bedroom has a king-size bed, while the one on the first floor has two single beds and a day bed in the adjacent study. On the ground floor, the accommodation includes a comfortable living space with an extra day bed, a kitchen/dining area looking out over the wall of Kotor and the boats sailing by. The interior of the house follows a traditional Mediterranean style with old stone walls and wooden beams combined with contemporary design and a nautical theme.
