The apartment consists of two spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a large terrace. Both bedrooms have double beds and wardrobes; one also includes air conditioning and an extra sofa. The kitchen is new and equipped with a stove, a large fridge with a freezer, and all necessary utensils for meal preparation. The living room has another AC unit, adding to the comfort. The bathroom includes a washing machine, a shower cabin, and all essential toiletries. Guests also have access to an iron, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, hairdryer, and a mop with a bucket for floor cleaning. The apartment features a large terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing, overlooking the garden. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The entire ground floor of the house is available to guests, as well as a large yard. Guests also have their own parking space.
