It has it's own private parking lot. Building possesses a ground floor suite sized 60 m2 and a duplex sized 120 m2. all rooms have and individual air - conditioning. Suites possess a bathroom with shower, a balcony, cable TV, FREE Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and towels. Kitchens are equipped with fitted elements and all the necessary inventory. Probability for baby cots, baby chairs, up to guest requests, and beach accessories for kids. From May to October the climate is mild, mornings and nights are chilly and during the day it is hot, temperature is 35 degrees. Electric power that is used is about 220 V.
Building is located on the shore, 20 meters from the beach and only a few minutes within walking distancce, from the restaurant and shops. Buljarice is a tourist place in the central part of the coast. The beach in Buljarice is one of the biggest and the most peaceful ones in Montenegro, about 2.250 m long.
