Our apartments are located in a family building, in a beautiful and quiet part of Donji Stoliv. The turquoise sea of the Bay of Kotor, over which the harsh mountain ranges rise, are literally part of your living room. You will enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace, watching the old town of Perast, which has stood proudly on the opposite side of the bay for centuries.
In front of the building is a lovely private beach with sunbeds included in price, where you can enjoy the warm sea. As well, we offer free private parking to our guests in front of the villa.
The center of the village, shops and restaurants are only 1 km from the building.
Our facility is located at an equal distance of 8 km from Kotor and Tivat, two cities that are the pearls of the Bay of Kotor and each will charm you in a different way and satisfy all your needs. Close to our villa is hotel Hayat and City supermarket, less than 1km.
All our apartments are fully equipped for a comfortable stay for our guests.
We believe that you will enjoy and take back the best memories from this magical place, between the mountains and the sea.
