We are open and we love the people, love the communication and we are constantly available to our guests for whatever they need. We are also open for any suggestions!

Property information

Our facility is located in the most beautiful town of the Bay, it is in the very vicinity of old town Kotor and features a beautiful sea view and a private beach. It is a nice place to spend holidays as we have a facility which is definitely different from the other.

Neighbourhood information

The beach is located right in front of us and the amenities of old town Kotor are 2 km away, which is amazing and convenient. They include shopping center, massage, museum, concert hall, theatre and cinema. If you like hiking, visit the fortress on the top of the hill. The entrance is located 2 km away. Airport Tivat is 10 km away. Coastline of the Bay of Kotor itself is breathtaking and we are on a location where you can see it.
