New appartment building in the center of Kolašin, near the upper square and pedestrian zone which goes yo the main square. Third floor, easily accessible with a modern elevator, gives you a beautiful unobstructed panoramic view. Windows facing south-east and south, sunny and a beautiful view of the city and surrounding mountains. Free parking inhouse garage. Elevator from garage to appartment level.
Quite residential neighborhood less than a hundred meters from the city’s upper square and pedestrian zone with various cafees and restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Just around the corner is the road leading to the ski slopes.
