New on the market, this spacious, modern and very charming studio of 430 sq.ft, completely renovated and refurnished by architect in 2021, is located on the 2nd floor in the Residence Mont Vernon by the famous beach of Orient bay. Turquoise water and 2 miles long beach with multiple restaurants, bars, beach chairs and watersports. Studio decorated with a lot of good care and taste ! Styled with different ambiance dim lights for a cozy relaxation... For your nice and chic stay you have: - a king size bed equipped with bed reading lights, USB ports and electrical outlets; - a convertible sofa bed (so the studio can accomodate up to 4 people); - a functional kitchen equipped with a big fridge, dishwasher, electric plate, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, boiler and all the necessary ustensils; - a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a washing machine; - a wardrobe; - a large terrace of 90 sq.ft with a dining and a relaxing corners to take advantage of the beautiful open view on the garden, the lagoon and the mountains on the horizon !..
My apartment is the choice of the people with good manners and "savoir vivre", of the people with good taste and style, who love comfort and well-being, who respect my contribution in its cleanliness and its design. I am in advance grateful for your keeping it in the same perfect condition you would find it upon your arrival :))
Everything is nearby : Grand Case, Anse Marcel, Orient bay square, the embarkation for the Pinel island are at 10 min drive, as well as the Hope Estate shopping area. It opens you the access to the wide range of activities: boat excursions, diving, rental of kayaks, SUPs, parasailing, kitesurf, funboard, jetski, beach bars, restaurants, or just simply beaching… From one hand at the Orient bay square, from the other hand at the Grand Case village, known as the Gastronomical capital of the Caribbean, are located multiple restaurants to savour the typical variety of Saint Martin gastronomy, and plenty of shops letting you to spend nice holidays. Marigot, the French side capital, or Philipsburg, the Dutch side capital, are located at 30 min drive from one side to another. The residence is secured 24/7. Parking lot, pizzeria and laundry on-site. The swimming pool was destroyed by the hurricane Irma in 2017, so is still out of order and under reconstruction.
