On the first floor, the fully equipped kitchen seamlessly flows into a cozy living room featuring a queen-size sofa bed, a smart TV, and direct access to the stunning terrace. A first bedroom with a queen-size bed, a workspace for remote workers, a smart TV, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and washing machine completes this level. Easy-to-climb stairs lead to the spacious second bedroom, offering stunning sea views. You have the flexibility to choose between a king-size bed or two twin beds, depending on your group's needs. An en-suite bathroom with a toilet and a dresser provide ample storage space. For your peace of mind, the apartment is equipped with a safe, air conditioning in all rooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A private parking space in the basement is available for your convenience. Located on the 2nd floor of a residence with an elevator, the apartment offers direct access to Grand Case beach. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off before entering your home. The location is ideal: while offering a peaceful retreat, you can easily walk to Grand Case's main street, home to renowned restaurants and shops. Linens are provided free of charge (bath towels, beach towels, and bed sheets). Our concierge service, CAP SXM, is at your disposal throughout your stay to offer advice, delivery services, organize activities, or assist you with any unforeseen circumstances.
