The apartment is located in the first City Mall Center, which was built after the earthquake in 1963. It is in close proximity to Macedonia Square, the promenade of the Vardar River, the Stone Bridge, the Kale Fortress, the Old Turkish Bazaar, the Museum of the City of Skopje, the Museum of Macedonia and many monuments in the area that can be reached on foot. Right at the entrance you have a corridor that turns left to all the rooms of the apartment. To the left side from the entrance is the toilet. Straight down the hall you enter the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all appliances and has a terrace that leads out. Down the hall when you move from the left side is the bathroom with a washing machine. From the right you enter the living room with two sofas which can be used, an armchair, TV with cable, a large terrace and an air conditioner. Straight from the corridor you enter a bedroom with a large double bed, closets and TV with cable. The whole apartment is equipped with WI-FI. The apartment can be reached from the Square from two sides, through the promenade of the Vardar River, through the City Mall Centar Skopje and directly by elevator from the garage which is under the Shopping Center and everything is covered by video surveillance and security. Immediately next to the building which is a part of from the Shopping Center there are 9 dining restaurants and two coffee bars. In the square itself you have more restaurants to eat and more coffee bars.
