The house is situated in a very peaceful neighborhood, a 20-minute walk or a 7–8-minute drive from the lake and from the city centre. It covers 400 square metres, of which 200 belong to the house itself and 200 to the garden, which is spacious and furnished with tables for breakfast, lunch or dinner—or simply for enjoying your morning or afternoon coffee. In front of the garden you will also find a free parking space, should you need one. The house has two levels, each containing three apartments. Every apartment is equipped with its own code-protected safe for storing the key if you prefer not to carry it with you during your stay. The key will be waiting for you in the safe when you arrive, and you should leave it there again when you check out of the apartment at the end of your stay.
