The house is completely new, built in September 2025. It is located in the Taftalidze neighborhood, one of the most beautiful areas in Skopje. It has a spacious living room with a kitchen and two bedrooms. In the yard, there is a space to enjoy your morning coffee. Super-fast optic internet is available. Just a few meters away, there is a bakery and a pharmacy. Across the street, you’ll find a large supermarket and only 50 meters away is the largest mall, City Mall. There is free parking across the street, as well as a bus stop that is well connected to all parts of the city. It’s a 30-minute walk to the city center. Please note that parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 22 to 07.
