Located on the ground floor, it comprises a living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A living room with dining area - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: 2-ring induction hob, sink, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge with freezer, etc. - An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140×190), dressing area, storage unit and TV - A shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit and WC The 7kg washing machine is accessible via the pool deck. Outside: - A salt swimming pool (shared and unheated), 3m50×5m50 and 1m55 deep with ramp and open from 1 January to 31 December. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual. - An 8 m² terrace with clothes line and furniture to enjoy the warm weather and a breathtaking view of Mount Pelée (from the pool), recently listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Other comments: - Access to the studio via 5 steps up to the swimming pool and 3 steps down to the accommodation. - Presence of mosquito nets on windows - Rules for use of the pool: shower compulsory, access from 9am to 8pm. Swimming pool unsupervised.
