Enjoying a peaceful location on the south coast of Martinique in the town of Sainte-Luce, just 150 meters from the beach, the semi-detached villa ROY'AL BEACH HOLIDAYS is made up of this 2-room apartment that can accommodate 4 to 6 people , for an idyllic stay by the sea. Its garden provides an ideal setting for relaxing on the deckchairs after a day spent at the beach. Nadiège will be pleased to welcome you so that you can have a pleasant stay. You benefit from the VIP welcome with: welcome drink offered with liqueur or planter, local fruit juice or local appetizers. You have the option of having the first breakfast as an option.

Neighbourhood information

Located in the sunny town of Sainte-Luce, this comfortable villa enjoys a privileged location, which will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in Martinique. In the surroundings, you will find a pharmacy 2min walk, a medical center, restaurants .... the town is 10 mins walk (local market, fisherman, bakeries, convenience stores, various restaurants, excursions to Saint Lucia ... ). You can indulge in many activities, such as diving, hiking (fitness trail right next to the property), horse riding, cycling, fishing and various water sports. Gros Raisins Beach is 150 meters from the villa, while Trois-Îlets Golf Course is 7 km away. A supermarket can be found within 5 km. In addition to the magnificent beaches that it shelters, the island of Martinique abounds in tourist sites not to be missed. You can notably walk through the Montravail forest, which contains pretty engraved rocks, go to the Trois Rivières distillery (3 km from the apartment) to taste the local rum, or even try scuba diving. marine in the waters surrounding the apartment. The most beautiful beaches in the south are 15 minutes by car.
